Gourmet Gala - Dover Campus
Held in October, the Gourmet Gala is the premier fundraising event for student success on the College’s Terry Campus in Dover. Proceeds from the event enhance the ability of the campus to offer educational opportunities and activities, scholarships, and additional financial support to students. Over its 20 years, the gala has raised more than $3.2 million in gross proceeds.
The 2023 gala, “An Evening in the Amalfi Coast,” entertained more than 200 guests. The evening began with a cocktail hour featuring appetizers and hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails. Dinner was a plated course of Braciole al Barbera served with potato puree and mélange of root vegetables, paired with wine. Guests finished their dining experience with an assortment of regional Italian desserts.
The night also featured live music in the main room and lounge, as well as two photo stations and a live auction.
Next year’s Gourmet Gala will be held October 26, 2024.
All proceeds from the Gourmet Gala benefit Dover Campus student scholarships.
