Transfer Options

The information on the following pages is intended to facilitate the transfer of associate degree graduates to a bachelor’s degree program through the Connected Degree Program. Connected degrees are program-to-program transfer agreements. Another term for transfer agreements is articulation agreements.

Course equivalency guidance is provided for the transfer of an individual course to or from Delaware Tech. Students must consult with their program advisor or counselor or with the admissions department at the receiving institution to find out how a transferable course will apply to their intended major requirements as well as to determine the age limits of acceptable courses. The decision of how transfer credits will be applied toward a specific major or minor and the age limits of acceptable courses is determined by the receiving institution.

Delaware Tech currently has dual admissions agreements with two partner institutions, Delaware State University and Wilmington University. The dual admissions agreements encourage students to make an early decision about where they will transfer to complete their bachelor’s degree after earning their associate degree. These agreements complement the connected degrees by providing additional services such as early registration and advisement to students.
