Official Transcript Request
To obtain an official electronic transcript there are two options available. Official electronic transcript requests have $3.25 fee for each official transcript requested.
Please Note: Electronic transcripts are not available for Work Force Development and Community Education students. These students should complete the Paper Transcript Request Form.
If you have taken a course in the last two years, you can complete a request using your Delaware Tech username and password through the Transcript Request system. Payment can be made at the end of the process by a credit or debit card.

If you have NOT taken a course in the last two years, you can complete a request through the Transcript Request system by creating a new account. Payment can be made at the end of the process by a credit or debit card.

Paper Transcript Request Form
To request a paper copy of your transcript to be mailed to you or a third party, please complete this transcript request form (PDF) and fax, email, or bring it in to one of the Campus Registrar’s Offices.
Processing Times
- If you order an electronic transcript, the process time is 30 minutes if there are no holds on your account.
- If you order a paper transcript via electronic request to be mailed, the processing time is 3 to 5 business days.

Use these links to request a copy of your unofficial transcript. If you have taken a course in the last two years, you can complete a request using your Delaware Tech username and password.
